Return:

If, for any reason, you wish to initiate a return within 14 days of your purchase, please contact us, and we will provide you with the necessary information, including the return address and shipping labels. It's important to note that we can only accept returns if the products remain unused, and both the product itself, labels, and packaging are in new and resalable condition. If the returned goods are not in this condition, we may be unable to accept your return. Please be aware that we do not accept returns for candles if the seal is broken, as this is necessary for health protection and hygiene reasons, even if the candle has not been used.

Refunds for products returned in the specified condition will be issued to the customer upon the successful return of the product. It's worth noting that original shipping costs will not be reimbursed, nor will the expenses incurred during the return process.
