Return:
If you wish to initiate a return within 14 days of your purchase, please contact us for the necessary information, including the return address and shipping labels. Please note that we can only accept returns if the products remain unused and are in new, resalable condition, including the product itself, labels, and packaging. If the returned items do not meet these criteria, we may be unable to accept your return.
Additionally, we do not accept returns for perfumes and candles if the seal is broken due to health and hygiene regulations, even if the product has not been used.
Refunds for products returned in the specified condition will be processed upon the successful return of the item. Please be aware that original shipping costs will not be reimbursed, nor will any expenses incurred during the return process. All refunds will be issued using the original method of payment for a smooth and convenient resolution.
Upon approval of your return, we will promptly process the refund, ensuring that the reimbursed amount reaches you as soon as possible. This will occur within a maximum period of 90 days from the point at which the customer initiated the cancellation or returned the package.
