By placing an order with Ateljéns for products available on the Site ("Products"), you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"). We kindly request that you carefully review these T&Cs, and if you have any concerns, please contact one of our customer service advisors before making a purchase with us.

These T&Cs are subject to periodic updates. You can find the date of the last update at the top of this page. The T&Cs in effect at the time of your order will govern the contract between you and us for each purchase you make from us. If any revisions to these T&Cs significantly affect your order, we will provide you with prior notice of the changes and inform you of how to cancel the contract should you not agree with the modifications.

A purchase agreement becomes binding only after Ateljéns confirms the order by sending an order confirmation to the customer's email, typically within 24 hours of receiving the order. As our valued customer, you have the option to cancel your purchase at no cost until the item has been shipped. In case of any changes to the delivery time, we will promptly notify you.

To shop with us, customers must be at least 18 years old, and we need to verify your residential address.

Until we have received full payment from the customer, Ateljéns retains the right of repossession and ownership of all products.
Payments:
We offer multiple payment options to cater to your convenience. Within Sweden, you can choose to pay via Klarna invoice, Visa and MasterCard. For international customers, we accept payments made with Visa and MasterCard.
If your location falls within the European Union (EU), the listed prices already encompass the local Value Added Tax (VAT). Additionally, shipping costs, when applicable, will be itemized and added to your order total.
For all orders placed outside the European Union, it is important to be aware that they will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), as well as potential import, customs duties, and taxes. The specific charges levied will vary depending on the country from which the purchase is made. In cases involving a gift with purchase, the import and customs duties, along with taxes, will be calculated based on the initial value of the product. For a comprehensive understanding of these charges and their application, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office, as they can provide specific and detailed information tailored to your location.
Delevery:
We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days following the day the order was placed. It's important to note that we do not process orders during weekends.

For items labeled as ''Pre-order'' on our website, please anticipate a potentially extended delivery timeframe. Specific delivery details for these products can be found within the product information.

In some instances, stock items may sell out before our product page is updated. Should this occur, we will promptly notify customers of the revised estimated delivery time, providing them with the option to cancel their purchase without incurring any charges.

Furthermore, we retain the discretion to choose the most appropriate shipping method and carrier for your delivery, ensuring a secure and efficient transit process.
We are accountable for delivering the products to the customer. However, should a return become necessary, both the transport company and the customer assume the associated risks.
Right to Withdraw:

As a customer, you have a 14-day window to exercise your right to cancel your purchase when acquiring our products. This timeframe begins on the day following the receipt of the goods.

To be eligible for a return, the product, its packaging, and all included components must remain in a new, unused condition. However, it's important to note that we do not accept returns on candles if the seal is broken due to health protection or hygiene reasons, even if they have not been used.

Please note that when invoking the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.

It's important to mention that the right to withdraw does not extend to products that have been custom-made according to the customer's specific requirements.

Upon approval of your return, we will promptly process the refund, ensuring that the reimbursed amount reaches you as soon as possible. This will occur within a maximum period of 90 days from the point at which the customer initiated the cancellation or returned the package.
Received Damaged Merchandise:

If you have received a defective or damaged product, it is crucial to get in touch with us promptly. We request that you reach out to us immediately upon receiving the package to allow us to ascertain that the product incurred damage prior to your receipt, rather than afterward.
Product Complaints:
In the event you wish to report a damaged or defective product, kindly initiate contact with us via email to receive detailed instructions. Before sending the product, it is essential to notify us. Please include the invoice or receipt, aiding us in identifying the return. It is important to note that you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us.
Should any disputes arise, we consistently adhere to the recommendations provided by ARN.
Colors and images:
When it comes to colors and images, our commitment lies in delivering the most accurate representation of our products through our webshop. We've dedicated our best efforts to ensure that what you see on our website closely resembles the reality of our products. However, it's essential to keep in mind that while we strive for precision, we cannot guarantee an exact match between the colors you view on your screen and the actual product. Discrepancies may occur due to factors such as individual screen settings, the type of device you are using, and ambient lighting conditions. We encourage you to consider these factors and understand that minor variations can be expected when assessing product colors and appearances online. Reservations:

We retain the right to adjust prices in response to substantial price fluctuations from our suppliers, typographical errors, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. Further information concerning unforeseen events can be found under the "Force Majeure" section below.

Protection of Personal Data:

During the registration and ordering process, you grant consent for us to securely store and utilize your data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling and delivering the services you anticipate from us. Under the provisions of the Personal Data Act (PUL), you possess the right to access the information we have collected about you. If you believe any of this information to be inaccurate or irrelevant, you may request correction or deletion from our customer database. To initiate this process, please contact our customer service. We want to assure you that we do not engage in the sale or transfer of any personal data; for more details, please refer to our privacy policy.

Unclaimed Packages:

If your package is directed to a pickup location, a notification will be dispatched to you via email or SMS. As a customer, you bear the responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of the mobile number, address, and email address you provide. In the event of failure to collect your package, an administrative fee of SEK 300 will be applied.

Force Majeure:

In cases of war, natural disasters, labor market strikes, governmental decisions, and comparable events that are unforeseeable and beyond our control, rendering the fulfillment of agreements and commitments on our part unfeasible, we are thereby exempted from our obligations to fulfill said agreements.
